Sending and Receiving Wire Transfers

To send a wire transfer from your account:

Log in to your online banking account.
Go to Transfers > Wire Transfer.
Enter the recipient’s banking details, including:
- Full name and address
- Bank name and address
- SWIFT/BIC or ABA routing number
- Account number or IBAN (for international transfers)
Enter the transfer amount and select the currency.
Review the details carefully and confirm the transfer.
You will receive a confirmation email with transaction details.

To receive a wire transfer, provide the sender with:

Funds will be deposited into your account once processed by the sending bank.

Domestic Wire Transfers: Typically completed within 1-2 business days.
International Wire Transfers: Usually take 3-5 business days, but may be delayed due to intermediary banks.

If your transfer is delayed or missing:

Verify that the recipient’s banking details were entered correctly.
Check your transaction history under Transfers > Wire Transfers.
